Massive flavor punch on anything Mexican! Had it on a taco bowl and it was killer!

I am a stage 3 cancer survivor. While I had a port-a-cath, I was not allowed to take probiotics, but I had several infections that required tons of antibiotics. I was afraid of developing C. diff, so my onc recommended I eat lots of fermented foods. I found this through Azure and it is so amazing.
I'm now in remission and I ration our supply of Wildbrine so that it can last until our next shipment, but I could eat this stuff every day.
