Too much brine, not enough kraut

Is there a quality control issue here? The last jar I purchased at Costco
turned out to be mostly brine and not very much kraut.

The best kraut I have ever tasted.

This sauerkraut is addicting. Every time I open the fridge I want a forkful. Even before breakfast! Thank you for a wonderful product.

50 oz purchased at Costco

So good, hope it stays on the shelf at Costco. purchased twice already. The texture is crisp and crunchy. Best Sauerkraut I've ever had and this includes my attempts to make it at home, which turned out okay.

Disappointed

I used to buy this regularly at Costco but they haven't had it for sometime. I loved it so much that I decided to buy directly from Wildbrine, 8 of them! Unfortunately, they arrived barely cold and the texture of the first jar was not crisp and crunchy, it's mushy. It was such a let down because I just loved it when I got from Costco. My hope is that the other 7 jars are better than the first.
